DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

We now offer Free standard USPS Shipping with purchases of $199.00 or more. Please note, this offer may or may not be combined with other promotional offers, depending on the promotion and per Versatile Corset's discretion and is only applied if the subtotal is equal to or greater than $199 USD. Free shipping will be in the form of First Class Mail. For priority or express mail shipping please select your upgrade in the checkout process.  Free Shipping is non-refundable.  If you have a problem with your order, and require a return, you will be refunded (once approved per our policies) your full order amount, minus shipping costs.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Shipping does not apply to non-US orders.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit. Custom orders will not be credited if refused or returned.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Orders usually ship within two to four business days, unless we are experiencing extreme order volume during the Holidays or following a Site Wide Sale (indicated in product descriptions). If you have a special event and need your order right away please email customer service at support@versatilecorsets.com and we will try our best to accommodate. 

  • Shipping and handling charges are determined by location and parcel size. To obtain a shipping estimate, please go to your Shopping Cart and fill out the Estimate Shipping and Tax form to receive a quote.
  • Orders can be shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery; please email support@versatilecorsets.com before placing your order to do so. You can, of course, contact the postal carrier to pick your package up from them directly.
  • All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS. APO/FPO addresses are shipped USPS, as required by law.
  • We cannot guarantee product substitutions once an order has been placed. We also cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or combine orders once they are placed during times of  order volume.
  • We are not financially responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the postal carrier. No refunds will be administered for lost/stolen packages. 


PRE-ORDER SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Estimated ship times will be included on each pre-order item's page, but please note actual shipping dates for these items cannot be guaranteed. 

Your entire order will ship when your pre-order ships, including any items that are in stock at the time of placing your order. If you need the in stock items immediately please order those separately so they can arrive to you as fast as possible. 

*Business days are Monday through Friday and we are closed on the observed dates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.

Our customer service hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10am-2pm PST.
