Refund policy

We are happy to introduce the Versatile 30-day Happiness Guarantee return policy.

You will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. (Some exceptions apply).  Return shipping fees is buyer's responsibility, unless there has been an error at our end.  Your return will be refunded, minus shipping charges, within 10 business days from receipt of return.


To be eligible for a return:
1. Item must be in same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Item must not meet any exclusion criteria* (see exceptions below)

 
To start a return:
1. Please contact us at support@versatilecorsets.com and request a Return Authorization Number and please state the reason for your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Include your RA# on your package as shown above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

1. Custom ordered corsets
2. Custom Maid Dresses And Other Fashion Clothing Made To Order
3. Lingerie
4. Specifically Designated Clearance Items
5. Gift Cards


Exchanges
For a same-item exchange for size, if your new size is in-stock, we will ship it to you as soon as your return is received. If it is not in-stock we will let you know the expected time frame (usually 2-3 weeks).


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees, if processed, will be subtracted from your return transaction.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method,  minus shipping, within 10 business days, or your new item will be shipped. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
